Microsoft Store

Privacy Policy

In short: the app runs on your computer. Everything stays with you, and nothing is sent to us.

Last updated: November 7, 2026

What the app is

Classroom Daily Report (also called ClassroomApp) is an app for parents. It reads what was posted in their child's Google Classroom and sends the parents a daily report by WhatsApp or email. Developer: Golan Ifrach.

We have no server and no access to your data

What is stored on your computer

All of this is in the ClassroomDailyReport folder in your Windows user folder.

Passwords: the Ministry of Education username and password, and a Gmail app password if you set one, are stored encrypted in Windows Credential Manager, never in files.

What the app connects to, only as you choose

These connections go directly from your computer to those services and are subject to the privacy policies of Google, WhatsApp (Meta) and the Israeli Ministry of Education.

Children

The app is intended for parents, not for children. A parent installs and runs it on their own computer, for their child, using the school account details they hold. Information about the child stays on the parent's computer and is sent only to the recipients the parent selected.

Microsoft Store

On Windows the app is installed and updated through the Microsoft Store. Microsoft may collect installation and usage data under its own privacy statement. We have no access to personal details from the Store.

Security

The settings screen opens in the browser but works only inside the computer (address 127.0.0.1) with a one-time access code. It cannot be reached from another computer.
